Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred only if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment, a cancellation fee of up to 90% of the treatment cost will apply.
No-shows may result in full payment being required before any future bookings can be made.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice and your deposit will carry over to the new date.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are up to 15 minutes late, I may still be able to carry out your treatment, but it may need to be a more basic version to fit the remaining time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation, meaning a charge of up to 90% will still apply.

Age Restrictions
Treatments are available to clients aged 16 and over only.
Choose Correct Service
Please read the treatment descriptions before booking. Some key points to remember:
• I do not infill or remove products which have not been applied within the salon.
• Nail art or removals must be booked if required.
